Worth writing about
- Something on this site is wrong, out of date, or no longer matches what the exchange screen shows.
- A step in a guide does not work in your country and it is not obvious from the text.
- A word in the glossary is explained badly, or a word you needed is missing.
- A link is broken, a tool misbehaves, or a page renders strangely on your device.
Things we cannot do
- Anything involving your account. We are not Binance and have no access to any exchange account, order, deposit, or verification queue. If your account is locked, your deposit has not arrived, or your verification is stuck, only the exchange's own support can see it.
- Tell you what to buy, when, or how much. Not a dodge — we genuinely do not know your situation, and anyone online who claims to is guessing at best.
- Recover lost passwords, 2FA devices, or seed phrases. Nobody can. Anyone who says otherwise is running a scam.
- Give tax advice. Rules differ by country and change often.
We will never ask you for these
A password, a seed phrase or recovery phrase, a 2FA code, a screenshot showing your balance, or remote access to your device. Nobody legitimate ever needs any of them. If a message claiming to be from this site asks for one, it is not from us — check the sending address and delete it.
Plain email only. There is no live chat, no Telegram group, and no support number attached to this site; anything advertising one in our name is fake. We do not send unsolicited messages about your account, because we do not know that you have one.
